Board Certified Surgeon
Dr. Hani Korani completed his small animal surgery residency at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where he learned the technical skills and confidence to perform complicated and intricate surgeries.
Previously, Dr. Korani has been a staff surgeon in private practices in North Carolina, Texas, and Hawaii. He had also spent some time in academia as an Assistant Professor of Small Animal Surgery at Tuskegee University.
Dr. Korani's surgical interests are complex orthopedics surgeries, including fracture repair, joint surgery, sports injuries, TPLO/TTA, and corrective skeletal deformities. He is also skilled in wound management; reconstructive skin surgeries; abdominal, cardiovascular, and thoracic surgeries; and neurosurgery.
