Dr. Bikram Singh Sohi
DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Bikram Sohi has been practicing as a small animal veterinarian for more than 16 years. He had a diverse range of experience in India for 12 years, after which he moved to Australia, where he practiced at an ASAVA-accredited small animal practice for a year. He moved to the United States in 2015 and practiced at a small animal hospital in Indiana for three years before moving to California.

Dr. Sohi has a special interest in internal medicine, soft tissue, orthopedic surgery, and dermatology.

He feels that clients that bring their pet to City Pet Hospital are not just clients, but rather, they are like an extended family.

Dr. Sohi and his family live with Simba, their beloved Golden Retriever.

When Dr. Sohi isn’t practicing veterinary medicine, he enjoys exploring nature, jogging, listening to music, and enjoying the many offerings of our culturally diverse Bay Area.

Having written two poetry books in Punjabi (his native language), it’s needless to say that poetry and literature are etched deep into his being apart from a strong inclination towards cosmology, astrophysics, and philosophy.

The Bay Area had long appealed to Dr. Sohi as a place to live and practice. In 2018, he made the move to California to work as the primary veterinarian of City Pet Hospital.

He enjoys all of the challenges that veterinary medicine has to offer. He believes client education is vitally important in providing patients with the best care and is driven by a powerful desire to improve the relationship between our furry family members and their two-legged counterparts.

He looks forward to meeting and serving you and your pets!
